HOW TO RELEASE YOUR IMPOUNDED VEHICLE
There are many different reasons law enforcement impound a vehicle. From unpaid parking tickets to accidents, all will have different requirements for releasing the vehicle from impound. All cities and law enforcement agencies have different tow and storage rates, which tow companies have to follow. Some agencies require a release, and some do not. Most require an agency release form, which is paid for at the impounding agency and brought to our office to release the vehicle. If you're not sure what to do, give us a call, and we'll explain what you'll need to release your impounded vehicle. If you're unsure of the vehicle location or what tow company impounded your vehicle, contact your local law enforcement agency, and they'll be able to assist you. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, Visa, and MasterCard.
RETRIEVING PERSONAL PROPERTY FROM YOUR IMPOUNDED VEHICLE
You must be the current registered owner of the vehicle to have access to the vehicle and retrieve personal property. Our personal property & vehicle releases are by appointment ONLY during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, (excluding all major holidays) to have access to your vehicle/personal property.

PRIVATE PROPERTY TOW-AWAY
Private Property Impounded Vehicles
If your vehicle was towed from a private property, that means the property owner contacted us to remove the vehicle. We have pre-existing contracts with the owners of every private property impound we conduct. The price of the tow and storage are required by law to be the same as CHP impound charges or current city ordinances. If you believe you were wrongfully towed, you will need to contact the property owner because we are just the towing company that provided the service to remove the vehicle from their property. There is a daily storage fee that accumulates at a daily rate.
